Data protection & website privacy statement

We consider as private any personal information (i.e. information from which you can be identified) supplied by you (our clients) to us while using the Website and will hold it in accordance with applicable Data Protection legislation currently in force.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. In the event that your personal information is no longer used by us for the purposes for which your permission has been obtained, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it except insofar as it is necessary to retain such information to comply with other relevant or applicable law. Your personal information will be used to provide you with services, for example photography, digital design, maintaining your records.  We never send your personal data out to any third parties. In addition we never disclose details of our Working Agreements to any third party outside of our standard Joint Working Agreements.
